What do I need to do to start a new project?
First, it is best to book a free consultation to schedule a call with our client manager to go over your project. During this call, we can go over the details of your project requirements and scope of work. We will then explain our workflow and process, along with the files we will need from you to start the project. The project manager will then send you a quote and agree with you on the price and timeline to complete the work. A 50% deposit is required before the project starts and the final balance at the end.

What files do I need to send? I’m not sure I have everything you need.
Not a problem. You can send any specific files that communicate the design or concept. If preferred, we can discuss the project files you currently have during the scheduled call. Typically, we will need basic 2D drawings, Architectural blueprints, hand sketches, mood boards, or CAD files. If you don’t have either, then we can provide alternate solutions during our call.
Ideally, the following format is preferred. CAD, PDF for 2D Drawings | 3Ds Max, .obj, .rvt, .skp for 3D models

What is the typical turnaround time?
Reliability is important to us. Typically, for 3D photorealistic renderings, it could take 4-5 days to send a first draft. Based on your feedback on the first draft, it will take about 24-48 hours to send a progress update. This process continues until we receive your approval. However, our turnaround time varies based on the scope, quantity of visuals, and complexity of the project. We can provide you with an estimated timeline during the project assessment phase. To learn how much time your project will take exactly, please contact us and send over your project brief. The project manager will take into account all requirements and send over a schedule.

All outputs are delivered in 4K-5K resolution. For still renderings, we typically provide renderings in JPEG, PNG, and TIFF format along with resolution options suitable for printing and presentations. We can discuss the suitable resolution and file formats per your requirements.
-
How do you guarantee the quality?
At each phase before sending project updates, the project managers undergo a quality control process to review accuracy, quality, and scope before sending the client progress updates. There are 3 phases of deliverables. The first phase is a white clay draft to confirm the composition, camera angle, and 3D modeling FF&E. The second phase is a color draft to confirm materials, finishes, lighting, and ambiance. The final phase undergoes thorough quality control, confirming all of the client’s feedback and meeting expectations.

Can I pay at the end of the project?
No, we require a 50% deposit upfront before the project begins. Then the final balance after the visuals have been approved. Images with watermarks are released once the final balance is paid.
